My Upstander 2

I picked my father, Jason Ingraham as my up stander because he successful with his job as manager/boss for Headquarter AOL in Dulles, Virginia. He grew up and born at North Hollywood, California and he grew up in Mountain View, California. Jason graduated Class of 1983 at California School for the Deaf, Fremont. He is profoundly deaf and originally from California. He is divorced. Jason loves to play sports and outdoor activities. He has worked in a variety of jobs, usually computer technology related. Right now Jason is working for AOL which offers growth opportunities and expands new goals, mood, leadership values, advertising, and diversity. He went to California State University of Northridge and Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. for his college years.
In January of 1996, there was a job fair in Ogden, Utah. Jason was on lunch break and saw the sign for a job fair. Why not?! He applied the form and the guy asked him for a quick interview in ten minutes. Two months later, he got hired. They contacted him to come in for the orientation and training sessions. That's how he got the job at AOL 11 years ago and also ends up becoming manager/boss.
Jason works as a Data Center Product Engineer, responsible for all aspects of the power and space management. Overseer of all projects, corrective reefed power tails, preventative caution of amperages, and physical security. He strive to implement new projects and concepts while ensuring desired results are obtained without diminishing the quality, operation of the AOL service. Knowledge of UPS and Pillar. He is on member team of the DLAT - Diversity Leadership Action Team. Jason has a true passion for helping others and displays extreme interest toward improving diversity within AOL.
Jason is successful with his goals to be working at AOL, his real strength is his attention to detail. Jason pride me on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When he commit to doing something, he make sure it gets done, and on time. He loves his job because his work schedule is very flexible and we can work from home if necessary. Jason loves the positive working environment and expendable tools. Jason wants to continue with his job for the more few years and indeed until he retire hopefully so.
Jason’s up stander is Bill Gates because he is a famous rich man in the technology age. Bill Gates loves to work with computer stuffs just like as my dad does. Bill Gates is successful with his goal so my dad felt like he did successful with his goal too. Jason’s six pillars are Responsible, Trustworthy, and Fairness. He is responsible, because he has a lot of paper works to do and always finish with everything before deadlines. He is trustworthy, because his employer can trust him within communication and never had any problems with any misunderstood. He is fairness, because he is fair to all of his employers by working with projects and some stuff

She was always willing to give her heart to those people and help them out with the money. She was always being fair to everybody who ever needed her helps. She never felt anyone was better than others; she thought that everybody was the all same. It did not matter if peoples had AIDS or were poor; she still thought they were just human.
